I'm a coach.

Over the past 10 years, I have led more than a hundred personal development seminars and workshops in 8 different countries. I have worked with more than a thousand leaders, from founders of early-stage start-ups to C-level executives in both small and large companies, in private equity and venture capital, retail, fashion and tech to name a few. My clients are from France, the UK, the USA, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Italy, Hong Kong, Germany, and India.

What few people know about me is that as a teenager I used to dance on stage in front of thousands of people. I loved breakdancing. I loved hip-hop and parkour. I loved the thrill. I loved the impact. I learned that incredible feats come from a deep commitment to excellence, hundreds of hours in the shadows, and repeated acts of courage. This has helped me understand and coach high-performing individuals who wish to be the best they can be.

What even fewer people know about me is that as a child, I was fascinated by heroes, gods and legends. Many nights I went to sleep hoping I would wake up with magic powers. I had a very happy childhood, but I secretly hoped to be special, to embody greatness. Paradoxically, this has made me excellent at seeing other people's greatness, and at calling forth their own magic.

Today, I live with my wife and daughter near Bordeaux, France.
